2. Rental of Power Bank
(1) To show you the location of nearby stores with charging devices so that you can rent or return power banks, after you click confirm or agree, we will enable the location function and, based on location services, find and display nearby mobile phone charging devices to facilitate your timely rental or return of power banks.
(2) To help you scan the QR code on the charging cabinet in order to rent a power bank, we will request access to your mobile device's camera.
(3) If you rent a power bank from a charging cabinet that supports Bluetooth mode, we will request access to your mobile device's Bluetooth function so that you can connect to the charging station.
(4) If you click on marketing activities on our page, if the activity page has audio content, we will use your mobile device's microphone function to allow you to listen to the activity audio content.
3. Online Payment
When you use our charging services, you can choose the payment services provided by third-party payment institutions. In the payment function, we do not collect your personal information. However, according to laws and regulatory requirements, we need to share your purchase details, order number, and transaction amount information with these payment institutions so that they can confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment.
4. Order and Customer Service Management
When you use our charging services, we will generate a corresponding service order for you through the system. The order will specify your service order information, such as order number, service start and end time, payment amount, discount amount, etc. We collect this information to help you successfully complete the service, query order information, and provide customer service and after-sales service.
When you contact us or request customer service, in order to ensure service quality and protect your rights, we may need you to provide your personal information or query your relevant order information so that we can verify your user identity and order status.
To facilitate contact with you, quickly help you solve problems, or record the solutions and results of related problems, we may retain your communication/call records with us, as well as the corresponding service requests, progress, and results.
If you need to copy order information, or send screenshots, images, or videos related to device usage to our customer service during your communication with us, we will use the clipboard function and photo album read permissions of your mobile device.
5. Platform Operation and Security
While you are using our platform, to ensure the normal operation of the platform so that you can receive stable and effective services, we may collect information about your device, such as device model, operating system, device platform, and platform version.
To ensure the security of your account function, we will record and store necessary information during your use. We will determine the maximum storage period for individual user data and user logs within the scope permitted by law and allocate the maximum storage space on the server.
